Whether catering Parties or Events, Capers Catering is committed to providing our clients with the best quality food, beverage, service and equipment available. All necessary setup and cleanup related to catering services is included in every quote. Every space is left as found by the catering crew. We take responsibility and care of the spaces we “borrow” with respect to you. Because we customize each and every catered event, we do not have set prices, nor can we generate quotes based on menus. Our consultants are available to create estimates based on menu, location, size of function and other specific event details. Buffet Selections

The selection of buffets require a minimum of 75 people in order to assure proper staffing, product, bar requests and menus. Head counts must be called in ten days before your function.

$14.50 Two Meat Buffet, Salad Bar, Starch, Vegetable, Fresh Baked Breads and Ice Cream Bar (fish, chicken, baron of beef, pork loin)
$16.25 Three Meat Buffet, Salad Bar, Starch, Vegetable, Fresh Baked Breads and Ice Cream Bar (fish, chicken, baron of beef, pork loin)
$17.95 Prime Rib, Baked Fish, Chicken Breast, Salad Bar, Starch, Vegetable, Fresh Baked Breads and Ice Cream Bar
$20.95 Prime Rib, Large Spiced Shrimp, Chicken Breast, Salad Bar, Starch, Vegetable, Fresh Baked Breads and Ice Cream Bar
  • If you would like to have assorted desserts instead of an ice cream bar, your charge is 1.50 extra, per person.
  • The buffet list can be customized to suite your specific eating habits.
  • Salad Bar consist of mixed greens, 5 toppings, cottage cheese and a choice of 3 dressings.
  • All buffets include coffee and or ice tea.
  • Final prices are subject to a 15% gratuity charge plus tax.
